A Great Life Is Only A Tragedy For Those Who Never Got To Experience It.
Today we mourn and celebrate the loss of a great man.
This was not a planned email, so if you feel as if two emails in one day is too much, I apologize, but I feel compelled to write something to memorialize this moment in time, an expected one yet nonetheless undesired.
Today I got the news that my business partner, accountability buddy, and more importantly friend, Nehemiah Williams, lost his father. I’ve heard much about who Nehemiah’s Dad was to him and I can only surmise the gravity of this loss by multiplying the weight of greatness his Father has imparted to him.
Please pray for the Williams family during this time. Any words of encouragement you have will be greatly appreciated and I will relay them to him during this trying time.
Most of all, this is the exact time that we will praise louder because Nehemiah’s father was a massive influence on his musicality and who above all, investing in his skill, as well as took the time to let him know that it was possible for him to have a future in music if only he would work hard and believe in the power of God.
He was a man of faith and will be in Heaven proudly looking upon his family. We will continue to redeem our gifts through mutual accountability and raise up young men to engage with their purpose. Nehemiah’s calling is music and we will take this time to worship the Lord who has taken his servant back today.
We can’t wait to rock out to some Motown jams with you in Heaven Mr. Williams.
Sincerely Yours,
The Paraprosdokianist
